Simple, Healthy Post-Workout Lunch

After a workout, the first thing I have is a LeanFit vegan protein shake. 
However, that also needs to be followed up with a meal, so this tasty dish with tuna, avocado and wholegrain crackerbread from Ryvita is perfect!

    My post work out meal is usually cheese, raw vegetables and a protein drink.
