BRUNCH: Kramer will create a tasty nutrient dense meal with a focus on local ingredients that will fuel you up for your day.
LEARN: Functional Fitness RN Mary Ann Blair and Personal Trainer/Fitness Hacker Vernis Blair will deliver a short presentation on the importance of consuming nutrient dense foods and the effects of Metabolic Syndrome as we age. A question period will commence afterwards.
Yoga instructor, Sara Martin RMT and owner of Winnipeg Massage will take you through a mindfulness and relaxation exercise before you head off to enjoy the rest of your day.
Dress in loose comfortable clothing.
Tickets are $100(plus tax) with proceeds going to: Counter Punch PD and the fight against Parkinson’s Disease.
