Ahhh it’s almost Christmas, but it’s still Monday for me! As promised, I plan on posting a new memory every week of something that makes me smile and reminisce.

Ever since I was a little girl, every single year, on the morning of Christmas Day, we have had a traditional Jamaican breakfast consisting of Jamaica’s national dish, ackee and saltfish, with chocolate tea. The tradition will continue tomorrow as I will make the breakfast for my parents instead!
