Huggies Are Great For My Little Mover
I’m reminiscing…remembering when my baby boy (“J”) just used to eat, sleep and poop! Don’t get me wrong, he still does all of these things but now he moves while doing them! Yup, he doesn’t like to sit while eating anymore, he’d rather I chase him around the kitchen trying to shove a spoonful of food in his mouth! At night, when he’s apparently supposed to be sleeping, this lil man of mine would sleepwalk if he could. But the ultimate is when he takes a poop, he will walk from one end of the room to the next and by the time he’s reached his destination, the wonderful smells of his cute lil butt let me know what I’m in for when I change him!
Needless to say I have one active little boy on my hands. He sat up earlier than I thought he would, he crawled earlier than I thought he would and at only 9 months old he definitely started walking a lot sooner than I thought as well! J loves his new-found freedom, the little smirk he gives me as he tries to run around the corner is priceless. This freedom comes at a price for mommy, he also knows what he likes and what he doesn’t like.
Recently, diaper changes have become a battle! J doesn’t like to be lying down, on the change table or otherwise! Perhaps to him, it means night-night, time for bed? Whatever it is, he’s just not having it lately. Bring on HUGGIES® Little Movers Slip-On® Diaper Pants!
Yay! Slip on diaper pants for little movers and shakers like my son that are pre-fastened, stretchy, and super easy to use! These diaper pants are designed for babies/toddlers who are standing or newly walking. Not only do these slip on diapers fit him like a glove, they are just as soft as a regular diaper. I like the fact that J likes to try to put them on himself, just like his pants! I will say though that no diaper that I have ever tried can hold in some of his poopy fun, but at least it catches most of it. The one area for improvement I will add for these slip on diapers is the absorbency. He can still somehow soak through them, similar to regular diapers. Maybe, he’s just a great urinator! haha
