Hey, I love to cook, but create my own signature recipe? Whoa, not sure I could pull that off! Heck, I still probably haven’t pulled off a signature recipe per se, but I sure had fun trying as a part of the Hidden Valley Ranch Ranchify Recipe Challenge!
It’s important to me to ensure that my family eats healthy foods but there’s something to be said for being tasty as well. I’m blessed to have children that love their vegetables too, so that’s another plus. It made this challenge not such a daunting task!
I just took veggies that I feel are easy to prep, are flavourful together, and have a lil bit of texture and/or crunch. Might not be super original but this recipe of mine is not only yummy, it’s super quick and easy to make. 30 minutes or so? BOOM! It’s perfect for the working mamas like myself who need to come home after a long day at work and get a satisfying dinner on the table for their ravenous children!
I was already a fan of the Hidden Valley Ranch Original dressing and I felt like the cheese flavour was also a predictable use for a recipe, so I chose to use the Hidden Valley Ranch Spicy dressing because I love a lil “kick” in my meals, perhaps that’s the Jamaican in me? C’mon, dare to be wild!

Oh, and just in case you were wondering if I really made this from start to finish, I made a cute lil Instagram video for ya! Enjoy!
Have you tried the new Hidden Valley Ranch flavours yet? If not, will you?
