Marriage (from my experience) is many things: commitment, communication, peaks and valleys of emotions/experiences, partnership, love…and as the years pass, real work appears.
One minute we are having an epic date night and the next minute we are arguing about how we should spend our time, or parent, or what’s next with our finances.
We always end up working through it, we may agree to disagree on a few topics but we work through it…together.
We do things for each other without hesitation or question…we check in with each other…we want what’s best for each other and our family, and for that I am thankful and feeling blessed.
