What’s the thing you’re most scared to do? What would it take to get you to do it?Bloganuary Day 31
Beautiful people! We’ve arrived at the final day of Bloganuary, and it’s about confronting our fears. For me, it’s learning to swim. Just the thought of it sends shivers down my spine.
Swimming has been a fear since I was 10 years old because of a near drowning experience at school.

The idea of water engulfing me, terrifies me. Despite understanding the importance of swimming as a life skill and the joy it brings to many, I can’t shake off the fear.
However, I have thought about what it would take for me to face this challenge. Perhaps one-on-one private lessons might be the key. Someone who is patient and understands the fear, and can guide me step by step.
Confronting fears is never easy, but it’s often the first step to growth and new experiences. Learning to swim is my mountain to climb, and maybe, just maybe, this is the year I’ll start that journey.
What about you? What’s something you’re scared to do, and what do you think it would take to tackle it? I’d love to hear your stories and maybe pick up some courage tips along the way!
Cheers to facing our fears and embracing new challenges!
It’s been great spending Bloganuary with you!
