Week 1 Water Challenge with #CarlsCrew #CommitToFit #giveaway

PegCity born & raised, lifestyle blogger, and positivity enthusiast. I'm here to share about life – from hidden gems to healthy habits and build a community of authenticity.

I'm Natalie!

Are you ready to take part in a 6 week healthy challenge with me?

Over the past few weeks I’ve shared that I will be participating in the Subway Canada #CommitToFit challenge for 6 weeks. This challenge includes 18 other bloggers/online friends from across the country!

The challenge is really about changing to a healthier lifestyle which includes the food we eat and the physical activities we participate in.

I’ve definitely gotten better at eating more healthy foods and removing unhealthy ones, however, I know that I still have a lot more work to do in order to get to my healthiest me. Let’s not forget #FabFit40in2015 – it’s my hashtag of the year haha!

#CarlsCrew #CommitToFit

Today is the start of week one – the Water challenge!

This may be my toughest week because I wasn’t always a water drinker. Yes, it’s true! When I was younger I didn’t want to drink water, it had no “flavour”. Fast forward to my older years and thankfully I recognized the importance of water in my daily habits.

Every day I strive to drink, at a minimum, the equivalent of four (4) 500ml bottles of water. Years ago I’d be lucky to drink even 1! I make sure I have water on my desk, in my car and in my purse throughout my busy day so that there are no excuses!

To have you join in on the challenge fun, each week of the challenge I will be giving away a $25 Subway gift card! Are you ready to start? Enter below!

GIVEAWAY TIME!

Share your best tip on how to increase one’s daily water intake.

Stay tuned for next week’s challenge and thank you so much for your support!

Natalie
