Making easy, healthy treats at home is important to our family.
When I made my Coco-Raisin Peanut Butter Snack Bites, I knew I’d make them again because they are just so simple.
I involve my kids as often as I can when baking in the kitchen as it allows them independence to make the recipes themselves. My son loved the messiness of making these Coco-Raisin Peanut Butter Snack Bites more than he loved eating them!
After looking at all of the different ideas that others have come up with, I can’t wait to try some of their recipes too! The one recipe that stands out to me is the Awake Peanut Butter Snack Bites because they are infused with coffee!
- 1/2 cup Kraft All Natural Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 Tbsp. Maxwell House Original Roast Coffee
- 1 cup large flake rolled oats
- 2 oz. Baker’s Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped
- 2 oz. Baker’s White Chocolate, chopped
- Mix peanut butter, honey and coffee grounds in medium bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Refrigerate 30 min.
- Roll into 20 (1-inch) balls, using about 2 Tbsp. for each.
