Kraft Peanut Butter Snack Bites Contest Follow Up

Making easy, healthy treats at home is important to our family.

When I made my Coco-Raisin Peanut Butter Snack Bites, I knew I’d make them again because they are just so simple.

I involve my kids as often as I can when baking in the kitchen as it allows them independence to make the recipes themselves. My son loved the messiness of making these Coco-Raisin Peanut Butter Snack Bites more than he loved eating them!

After looking at all of the different ideas that others have come up with, I can’t wait to try some of their recipes too! The one recipe that stands out to me is the Awake Peanut Butter Snack Bites because they are infused with coffee!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2Β cupΒ KraftΒ All Natural Peanut Butter
  • 1/4Β cupΒ honey
  • 2Β Tbsp.Β Maxwell HouseΒ Original Roast Coffee
  • 1Β cupΒ large flake rolled oats
  • 2Β oz.Β Baker’sΒ Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped
  • 2Β oz.Β Baker’sΒ White Chocolate, chopped

Directions:

  • Mix peanut butter, honey and coffee grounds in medium bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  • Refrigerate 30 min.
  • Roll into 20 (1-inch) balls, using about 2 Tbsp. for each.
