Playtex Helps Diminish the Puberty Punch #PlayOnCA

PegCity born & raised, lifestyle blogger, and positivity enthusiast. I'm here to share about life – from hidden gems to healthy habits and build a community of authenticity.

I'm Natalie!

I knew that being a mom to two girls would mean “fun times” as they approached puberty! As if dealing with hormones isn’t enough, there’s dealing with the wonderful first time period experiences too!

Thankfully, I was lucky enough to snag an exclusive Mom Survival Kit and the new Playtex® Sport® Combo pack from Playtex Canada. In addition to Playtex® Sport® Tampons along with the new Playtex® Sport® Pads and Playtex® Sport® Liners, the kit also includes:

  • Mom Survival Guide
  • Verve Girl Magazine
  • Magic Bag
  • Revlon Nail Polish & Lipstick
  • Hershey’s Chocolate Kisses
  • iTunes Gift Card
  • PlayOn T-shirt

I no longer require a survival kit for my oldest daughter as she is already on her journey, however the products are great for her to use too because she is an athlete. My youngest daughter, also an athlete, is taking after me, and starting her journey later than most, so I truly do need the kit for her. There is a lot of information given at school to educate girls her age about the various products they will need to suit their needs. This kit definitely enhances that education!

While the kit isn’t being sold in stores, any mom could easily recreate it themselves with these products!

Playtex Canada demonstrates commitment to these young females by running a great contest for tweens and teens this summer:

Playtex® Sport® is celebrating young women across Canada with an Instagram contest that asks girls to show how they Play On™. For additional information, follow us on Instagram at @PlayOnCanada, follow the hashtag #PlayOnCA on Twitter, and visit www.PlaytexPlayOn.ca

Happy hormones!

Natalie

Looks like it was a great kit to get your hands on. I know it would of definitely helped me out when I started. I really didn’t have that much information about what was going to happen and of course I started when my Mom was away and my Dad was the only one around – and that was not helpful!!!!!
