I plan on taking the opportunity to head into my nearest SUBWAY on Thursday. Why? Not only will I buy a sandwich with a drink and get one of equal or lesser value for free (gotta love BOGOs), SUBWAY® Canada will also be donating to a food bank for my purchase!

Well folks, for every single sandwich purchased with a drink on Thursday November 3, SUBWAY® Canada will donate a meal to Food Banks Canada!*
Isn’t that amazing? Food Banks Canada helps more than 1.7 million people across the country! Unfortunately, the usage of food banks has gone up 26% since 2008. No one should have to go hungry folks, if you are able to participate in National Sandwich Day, please do and know that you are helping as well!

The new carved turkey looks good. I usually get chicken on whole wheat with all the fixins (except hot peppers).

Hubby and I get the same subs everytime. 🙂 Mind you, going to subway is a treat for us and it only happens a few times a year.
