I have previously written about my struggle with anxiety, the fact that I’ve had some tests on my ticker, aka heart, and the constant belly bloat.
Knowing what foods are great for heart or hormone health is wonderful until a food is presented that you don’t like. There are many foods that I won’t eat due to texture etc that have the nutrients I need to keep me healthy.
Therefore I need to ensure there are alternative ways to increase my nutrient intake and the best way to do that is to take vitamins and/or supplements.

44 per cent of Canadians are unsure if they are taking the correct vitamins and supplements to suit their needs and a whopping 31 per cent do not take them at all for this reason.
Taking basic essential vitamins daily, in addition to my already healthy diet and physical activity ensures that I have a well rounded plan to taking care of ME!

It’s really all about the routine. As long as I pack my lunch with the correct vitamins that I need at various points of the day, I’ll be sure to take them.
So folks, don’t let your vitamins just sit in a pantry or on the kitchen counter, because you might not remember to take them. Make them a part of your daily routine and it will become second nature!
