After a workout at Orange Theory Fitness and a protein shake from LeanFit, this is I what I eat!
Delicious scrambled eggs with spinach, zucchini, tomato, green onion cooked in coconut oil. Side dishes include fried ripe plantain and 12 grain toast with organic strawberry jam.
The only thing I’m missin is avocado because none of them were ripe yet!
