We have all seen the effects of the powerful hurricanes over the past month through mainstream media. Dominica suffered unbelievable devastation and is in need of numerous basic fundamental needs to help their citizens rebuild.

A relief fund has been set up at Steinbach Credit Union and a local fundraising social & concert will be held Oct 6th and 7th at the Council of Caribbean Organizations of Manitoba in conjunction with the Commonwealth of Dominica Association of Manitoba and Black History Month Winnipeg.
