Achieving Physical Activity Goals at Orange Theory Fitness

Its been about a year and a half since joining Orange Theory Fitness (OTF), and it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my personal health & wellness.

In the beginning I remember how gruelling I thought running was, I couldn’t even surpass the 6 miles an hour mark. The work I’ve done at OTF and the awesome coaching staff prepared me to run my first 5K and more!

And now here I am running for multiple periods at 10 miles an hour!

Looking forward to smashing another personal best at my next class!
