I love a simple breakfast, don’t you?
- Multigrain Toast – 1 slice with Earth Balance Soy Free spread and 1 slice with Crofters Organic strawberry jam
- 4 Hard-boiled eggs
- Avocado (one half)
- 1 whole Plantain fried in Coconut Oil
Not every breakfast meal has to be gourmet and you should never have to sacrifice the ability to savour flavours.
This breakfast was quick and filling.
The verdict? Deeeeelicious!
I usually have Shakeology for breakfast. But this would make for a great snack.
Keeping it simple is best for breakfast especially for work days. If it is simple you have less excuses
