For today’s Bloganuary, we’re talking sports – the ones we love to play and watch. My list may surprise you. From hockey games to badminton matches, here’s a glimpse into my sporty-ness.

I’m a huge fan of hockey, especially since my son plays in the AA league. Biggest hockey mom ever! There’s something about the thrill and pace of a hockey game that’s just unmatched. But my love for sports doesn’t stop there. I also enjoy watching football, soccer, golf, tennis, and F1 racing. Each sport brings its own unique excitement and drama, and I’m all for it.

When it comes to getting active myself, pickleball and badminton are my top picks. They’re fun, they keep me moving, and there’s always room for a bit of friendly competition. Plus, it’s a great way to unwind and have some laughs.
