Week 2 Fruits and Veggies Challenge #CarlsCrew #CommitToFit #giveaway

PegCity born & raised, lifestyle blogger, and positivity enthusiast. I'm here to share about life – from hidden gems to healthy habits and build a community of authenticity.

I'm Natalie!

Are you ready for Week 2 of the #CommitToFit challenge?

I am!

Well, kinda, sorta hahaha.

#CarlsCrew #CommitToFit

This week’s challenge is all about fruits and vegetables. I need to add them to each and every meal or snack. An easy feat? Not always.

You can see that I am somewhat prepared and off to a good start:

For a busy mom of 3 who works full time, I think buying my fruits and veggies this way assists me in ensuring I reach my daily goals.

What I love most about participating in this challenge is the motivation and fun competition within #CarlsCrew, as well as the simple tips to make healthy lifestyle changes!

As stated in the Week 1 Challenge, I will be having a weekly giveaway for a $25 Subway Canada gift card. It’s a great way for you to join in on the fun too! I love reading your tips, so enter below and share your personal wisdom!

Put a bowl of apples, oranges, bananas, grapes, etc out so that family sees them and grabs them instead of other less healthy snacks. Keep cut-up fruits and veggies in fridge for easy snacking.

  27. Amy C says:

I wash up a bunch of fruits and vegetables. I cut them up and put them into easy to grab bags for the kids. That way they are reaching for fruits and vegetables when they need a snack.
